1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TrainLoop mobile application and its Wear OS companion app (collectively, the “App”), developed and operated by TrainLoop (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

TrainLoop is a fitness training companion app designed to track and display workout metrics — including heart rate (BPM) and estimated calorie burn (kcal) — using your Wear OS smartwatch sensors. The App is provided free of charge.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. Parents or legal guardians who permit a minor to use the App accept responsibility for the minor’s use.

4. Health & Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: TrainLoop is intended for general fitness and informational purposes only.

  • Not a Medical Device: TrainLoop is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Heart rate and calorie data are estimates and should not be used for medical diagnoses.
  • Heart rate (BPM) and calorie (kcal) readings are estimates based on sensor data and may not be fully accurate.
  • Medical Consultation: The user must consult a physician before starting any intense exercise program.
  • Do not rely solely on the App for health-related decisions.
  • Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, or any unusual symptoms.
  • Responsibility: The user assumes the risk of any physical injury during the use of the App.

By using the App, you assume full responsibility for your physical activities and acknowledge that TrainLoop is not liable for any injury, health issue, or adverse outcome arising from your use of the App.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the proper working of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including logos, design, and code) are the exclusive property of TrainLoop and are protected by international copyright and industrial property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrainLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

Section titled “8. Changes to Terms”

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
